our story
When my son was diagnosed with hypoglycemia and forced to restrict carbs and sugar, I was determined to find a way to continue baking with my family. Averse to the long list of starches and preservatives in alternative baking mixes and the lack of flavor and texture in countless online recipes, I got to work in the kitchen, and almond flower was born.
All of our products are scratch made in small batches, using as few ingredients as possible. Our customers are always amazed how low we keep the sugar and carbs without compromising on flavor. We just know you‘ll agree!

We want to give everyone the opportunity to enjoy delicious treats, even if they are managing hypoglycemia, diabetes, gluten sensitivity, or other dietary restrictions.
Our products are made with the finest, simplest ingredients available and are mildly sweet. We add just enough natural sweetener to stimulate the sweet taste receptors, tricking your brain into thinking you’re eating something positively indulgent.
