In 2015, my son began struggling with hypoglycemia. He had to eliminate from his diet some of his favorite foods, including muffins, pancakes, waffles, cookies and brownies. We tried all the gluten-free mixes on the market and numerous online recipes but were always disappointed with the flavor, texture, and long list of starches. I got to work in the kitchen, creating recipes that would allow us to enjoy treats without sending his blood sugar through the roof. People tell us our confections are the best they’ve ever had and are amazed how low we keep the sugar and carbs. We think you‘ll agree!

We want to give everyone the opportunity to enjoy delicious treats, even if they are managing hypoglycemia, diabetes, gluten sensitivity, and/or other dietary restrictions. We use the finest, simplest ingredients available, and our confections are mildly sweet - we add just enough minimally processed pure cane sugar to stimulate the sweet taste receptors, tricking your brain into thinking you’re eating something positively indulgent. No one should have to say no to a great cookie!
